We offer and promote FAMILY STYLE dining. We feel that this is the best way for interaction, manners, sharing, caring and a pleasant mealtime experience.

Definition: In family style dining, all food is placed in serving bowls on the table and children are encouraged to serve themselves or serve themselves with help from an adult. The adult child care givers sit at the table with the children. Children and child care givers practice good manners in a pleasant mealtime setting.

chefpatty-01I was born in Bloomington and raised on a farm in El Paso.  I learned to butcher, garden, and cook from scratch at a very young age from my grandmothers, both of whom were cooks.  I have been cooking professionally for 35 years.  I started out in health care and have been cooking for the elderly ever since. 

I have a strong passion for cooking with fresh ingredients, from scratch, and with as healthy ingredients as possible.  I am so grateful for the opportunity to cook for your children and help them toward the path to healthy eating!  I have 4 children of my own and 8 beautiful grandchildren.  My hobbies include cooking, golf, and spending time with my family.
